I suggest Medusa (marvel comics) bound and gagged by her own hair (her superpower gone crazy due to some tech-magic-whatev that we don't see nor care about). The hair make an otm gag (cover the mouth completely)

Borrowing from Shammrock's restraint ideas: I was thinking something like Bastila's gag with the over the nose strap but the black latex material covers her mouth and chin. I figured straps would just make her look like an armored sentinel. I am going to try my suggestion from a few weeks back with Rapunzel with a very large inflatable gag and wrapped up tightly with her own hair.
