This one turned out great! Not nearly enough bondage artwork set in the elder scrolls. You've definitely done it justice! I'll keep up my suggestion from the last couple rounds :) Lieutenant Nora Salter (from CoD Infinite). Featuring the straps of some kind of military/kevlar armbinder, The gag would be a slick, sci-fi ball gag, with some fancy blue LED lights running parallel down the sides, and red with the "Settlement Defense Front" logo in white on the front!
This looks wonderful! I'm going to mix up my usual suggestion and ask for Bayonetta from Bayonetta 2, with a black ballgag with the platinum games logo on it in gold
