She looks all kinds of fine here in a classic gag - a great expression to boot. For a nominee, I'd like to suggest X-23, gagged with a nice harness panel-gag that she can snarl around.

I don't know if this has been done before, but how about: Cassandra Pentaghast from Dragon Age Inquisition. As for the gag, I have a few ideas: A crude bit-gag made of wood and rope or a leather panel gag with the symbol of one of the factions on it: the Red Templar, the Mage Rebellion or the Seekers.
