Personally I'd like to recommend Miranda Lawson from Mass Effect 2, with a nice big ballgag.

Gag busts improve with each new post! I'll try it one more time. Yennefer of Vengerberg from Witcher 3, gagged with a thick rug with a big knot in the middle, bound with rope. Probably captured by a band of witch hunters! Dimeritium collar is a necessary addition of course.

I'd like to suggest Mass Effect's Liara T'soni for the next gag bust. ^^
