Though the environment inside the ship compensates for some of the force felt by the passengers, it doesn't stop it all. Now the harness on the back seat is holding a couple of unconscious ladies.

Yes, her head is tilted in that manner. I'll have to consider adding some extra detail to noses to try and make things like that a bit clearer.
I think the nose is shaped as it is is because not only is her head turned to the side, but tilted back as well. That's why we're seeing the underside of the nose. At least that's my thought on the matter. :)

Really? I wasn't too sure about Amy's, but I thought Kat's looked okay. The last panel was quite a tricky one to draw.

Not to sound critical now but Kat’s face looks a bit weird in that last panel. ( it’s mostly the nose)

You just know something is gonna go wrong. If their trip takes them to multiple worlds that definitely would explain how they get stuck and caught in various situations and entrapments. Different peril and entrapment for each world.
