Version 0.2.12 is here + news!

Another month has rolled by and another version is here! There's also some news and other info, so don't forget to scroll down.

I. Patch notes:
-a new midgame character has been added;
-3 new scenes have been added for this character;
-new art for character*;
-you can now encounter Elise during end-of day job and talk to her to progress her story (similarly to how you can talk in her room ->this is mostly a quality of life change and adds minor variance depending where you meet her)
-some improvements and polish to traits and interactions
-the patreon cheat menu has been polished a little and should now feel better and also offer you more options;
*I want to let you know that some of the art ran into technical issues this month, which is why the usual second image will be released with a short delay (still coming shortly). The first image is released as expected. I apologize for this delay.

II. Birthday celebration:
In June 2019 Transylvania was first released to the public.
That first release, 0.1.48, had 59,525 words and 396 passages. If anyone is curious, I've made it available to play here: http://xfiction.org/Transylvania0.1.48_public.html?
We have gone a long way since then. The current release, 0.2.12, features 134,443 words and 928 passages.
I want to thank you for making this possible - all of your feedback, support, encouragement and kind words has been absolutely amazing!

III Update on development plans:
As you know, the last few patches have been heavily focusing on improving the foundation of the game, reworking UI , adding the new Journal and character menus and making Chapter 1 the best it can be. I've been getting some questions about what comes next, so here's the current roadmap, listed with priority:
-add at least 4 more scenes for the new character;
-add at least 3 more unique scenes per special trait;
-finish the "body" module;
-expand the following places in Chapter 1: work module, werewolf story, inn options, Lavius story;
After these 4 tasks are complete, Chapter 1 will be considered officially "DONE" and development will resume with full force on Chapter 2 (the story is already outlined.)
