Gift of Hedone: Protagonist & Character Creation Update

So I have been thinking about this a lot, and I have unfortunately decided that I will be creating a set character(s) for the Protagonist for Gift of Hedone.
I say character(s) as I still want to explore a Futa protagonist.
The volume of sprite adjustments that I will require for character creation would had a significant amount of work. But I want to also state that if time allows it to explore or add it later, im absolutely not opposed to it, but I know it will be better to set these expectations now that I want to set a more realistic expectation.
However, I do want us as a community to design the Protagonist together through forms and polls, revisions etc.
I know this will be disappointing, and I would like to do character customisation myself, but if i have to dedicate my time to certain animations and sprite work. I would rather it be the lewd animations or battle animations.
Once again, I am sorry for those who are disappointed in this, and completely understand. However that is the current decision.

Hey James sorry I missed, this, I really appreciate the suggestion, Im not sure if I would do that, just from a story perspective, not sure how i would justify it, but im not opposed to it :)

After reading this, how would you feel about setting a "normal" character as a protagonist with the option to switch between normal and futa with the press of a button? for example, press button, male to futa, or female to futa.

Its completely understandable considering the work still ahead of you, i hardly ever customise a character in any game anyway, usually more interested in just experiencing the rest of the content. Tweaking small details on the protag can wait.
