Gift of Hedone: Poll - Music Update

I did a poll where I asked what music would you prefer in the game here
I have technically been playing around with some of the music behind the scenes (just ideas really)
But as much as I love Chiptune, and 8bit, I think there is a time and place. So here is what Im thinking.
Have the music more on a spectrum.
When things are just calm, there would be mellow classic RPG music (flutes, strings, harps), maybe with some electronic elements, as the energy begins to ramp up depending on what you are doing, the music shifts more into an electronic style (so you may get a mix of orchestral and electronic) and when things are going crazy (boss fights) you would get primarily electronic chiptune music,. maybe with some orchestral undertones.
Random note - My background in music is actually Electronic Orchestral Hybrid Music.
How would this sound?

Totally agree on your decision, even though 8-bit would be nice I think your idea would be even nicer and perfect for what the game looks like
