Tier 2 Poll - Village Side Quests - Quest Board vs Bar Maiden

I just wanted to get your opinion on whether for set village side quests, would you prefer to just have a quest board, or alternatively I was thinking you would need to speak to village NPCs who have quests for you - however the completionist in me would like to know if i have missed any side quests - so I was thinking it may be cool if there was a Bar Maiden who would indicate to you how many people are still looking for help.
What would you prefer?
