I was thinking you could use the third one for selecting members when you are changing them out, and the first one as an overview of your party, if that makes any sense.

You know what, I like the feel of the third one a bit more, gives the olayer the opportunity to look at a single party member's Sprite and admire it alongside the stats. Although I want to be clear, I like the new screen as well, just hope that both can be implemented. One as a quick overview and the second as a detailed look
