"Rose" the Void Mage + Element & Class Symbols

I wanted to make this post for a very specific reason, "How to we avoid getting a cease and desist, or shutdown notice for the game.
Ultimately the plan is creating the game under the fair use guide of parody, but I want to make sure I am riding that fine line. So I wanted to float a specific idea via you all today.
Already I have established that characters will not have the exact same names, for obvious reasons. But what I was also thinking is having their outfits related to their class, so mage, rogue, and knight related outfits.
1. I think it would help everything fit the aesthetic and world building more
2. more differentiation from the original "inspiration" helps the game be seen as more unique, and keep things more in the ambiguous "parody" category"
What are your thoughts?
Elements & Sub Classes:
The 5 elements "Fire, Water, Nature, Light, Void" (I preferred that to darkness as "darkness is synonymous with evil" The 3 sub classes - Rogue, Mage, Knight

I agree with the others it's a fine line indeed I am wondering tho if we will have some extra classes in the future when the game is more finished like monster tamer or red mage or berserker type stuff
