it could be because it hasn't been updated for dx11. you can patch update it on sims4studio.

I adore the Geneva dress but its been messing up in my game for a while now. Unless I stay zoomed into my sim, the dress will act like it's being pulled in multiple directions. I've even tried redownloading it, but nothing works. It sucks, because I feel like I use it on every sim : /
