Progress Report 07.12.2024

I've got a feeling of déjà vu since the last update because, once again, there are a couple of renders I still want to finish before I start coding, as I'm writing this post. But if everything goes well, this is probably going to be the last Progress Report before I release the update. At the moment, I hope to release it next week; if not, it will be early the following week. Once again, I'm not going to spoil what I've done. Even the render I chose is vague because everything else would be considered a spoiler. 🤐
On a different note, I’ve learned a bit about scenography and how important it is to the image. So far, I was fitting characters to the background and adding some props here and there, but I didn’t realize how big of a difference it makes if I just keep on adding. Overall, there are a lot of things that seem pretty obvious when I learn them, but since I’ve thrown myself into the deep end so quickly, I just keep soaking up information from every angle. Actually, I’ve had an idea for a post about this, but you’ll have to wait a bit for it.
Anyway...
