So like the drawing in ice that they showed at the beginning was supposed to be in the window of that cop car done by Tony? Is that what that meant?

My biggest questions are 1) How much time has passed, 2) What evidence took him to Russia, and 3) Son or not, how would he be able to recognize a child who has grown up from 5 to 13 with seemingly no photos in between to go on I hope we get answers in season 2!
