OMG, I remember watching this episode with my husband and telling him he was Cam and I was Mitchell when our kids were babies, especially our first. I had a regular day job I had to go back to at just 6 weeks postpartum and when our son got a few months old I implemented the cry it out method and my husband really struggled with it so we had similar interactions like Mitch & Cam.

We did that method that Cam and Mitch used of letting the baby cry herself to sleep with our dog when we first got her. At first she'd scream and scream at night but by using that method and not going to her she was quiet through the night after a few days. Worked great. 😂😂
