There is one major plot hole. With Roy "dead", Oliver literally can't ever suit up again or the case will be reopened and new arrest warrants given. I'm not really sure how his death means Oliver's cleared to begin with, they never proved that Roy was actually the Arrow. Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but the writing was as weak as this episode's acting lol Plus this same exact scenario happened in season 1 so they should have been a lot more skeptical when Roy turned himself in
