I can see why people would get annoyed by Iris' reaction. She was pretty out of pocket blaming Joe for what happened to Eddie, but I get her frustration. These superhero shows have the same formula of not telling the friends, families or potential love interests their superhero identities and calling it protecting them which doesn't make sense how many times their loved ones are in constant danger, even before they actually know about their secret identities.

i get it, and i understand i was a little frustrated with her too, but you gotta think about it from her perspective as well. she doesnt know how essential wells was to the team, so from an outsider pov, she saw this amazing hero/team save countless ppl and now that she is seeing them from behind the scenes, they keep hitting a wall and rn she's hurt bcuz she found out that everyone in her life was lying to her and both her boyfriend and dad were just kidnapped. im not saying that she wasnt annoying, cuz she was a little bit, but imo she's justified to feel the way she feels in that moment

okay, I normally love Iris as a character but during this episode she annoys me to no end! yes she doesn't know what the gang has been through and how savy wells is so she doesn't have that mindset.. but she shows no empathy to how barry feels in this situation especially with eddie being kidnapped and missing, she's just concered on how they aren't helping her when in reality they are doing everything they humanly can to help her (wells was a big part of that with his future knowledge) BUT they don't have wells anymore so they have to think in other ways to find a solution but Iris doesn't see this

So random but Clancy Brown is honestly so underrated. The guy voices SO many characters in animation like Mr Krabs in SpongeBob, video games, hes in SO many shows, and movies and he's always solid. Props to Clancy.
