I always cheer when Shane beats up Ed, but it never makes me like Shane. Everyone knows Ed is abusing Carol, but Shane doesn’t step in out of heroism. He’s just furious at Lori, and Ed’s face becomes his outlet.

I love the complexity between Shane's feelings with Rick being back. You could see so many emotions when he saw him. Shock and surprise, fear, sadness and happiness. It was so well done that entire scene and Andrew Lincolns acting was so 👏 amazing!!!! And then to hear how pissed Lori is all of a sudden to find out that Shane told her that Rick was dead which is why she was sleeping with Shane to begin with. It's all so wild. Love it.

My notes: 1. I felt zero sadness for Merle when those zombies were coming to get him. 2. Shane beating the heck out of abusive Ed was a highlight for me. Beat him to death!! Don’t care why he did it just happy he did beat him…. 3. Music at the end was 🔥
