So this season is a “parody” of golden age musical theater, think Oklahoma, carousel, and the music man. As a theater nerd it’s fun to listen and catch the references. Like the opening number is a parody of the title song of Oklahoma. And Danny Bailey is a play on Billy bigelow from carousel. Excited to watch this with you. Such a great cast

Another show I wasn't expecting to see on this channel! It's one I've always wanted to check out because of my love for musicals but never had the motivation. I don't know why I thought it was a low budget YouTube parody movie instead of an Apple show, but I await more episodes!
