A quick little update... and an opportunity!

Those that have followed me from the beginning know about the journey that I took to Turkey in 2021 to get a hair transplant and get my teeth done. Over the past several months I have had pretty terrible pain in my mouth that comes and goes sporadically.
A couple months ago I went to a local dentist and found out that the job that was done in Turkey on my teeth was atrocious. They might look ok but they are not healthy or 'structurally intact'. I have several cracks and issues that are beyond repair - the only way to handle it is to start fresh because of the way they were done in the first place.
Instead of making the same terrible decision to get work done again overseas I will be doing it locally and the cost is astronomical. I will be starting the process on Jan 15th and it will take several appointments over roughly 4 months. Don't fret - there shouldn't be much interference with my work, if at all.
This is where I came up with an opportunity for you!
As many know, I have paused season sponsorships until now.
In an effort to raise some cash for these surgeries I'll be getting, (im not kidding - the cost is in the tens of thousands with no help from insurance) I will be offering a discounted rate on season sponsorships.
This will be for a limited time and I will only be doing a certain amount of them. Keep in mind these will join the already lengthy list - so they won't be done any time soon but they will at least get on the books!
The limited time offer is:
Shows that are 45-60ish mins will be $20 per episode for the season and shows that are 20-30ish mins will be $15 per episode for the season.
This cuts the price of a season sponsorship almost in half for some shows.
I will also offer a bigger discount if more than 1 season is sponsored at the same time. That is something we can discuss one on one via private message.
This is also a good way to introduce something new if you are interested! (the season 1 surcharge is on pause during this time)
Because of these discounts I would prefer not to take split payments. By all means you can organize a group amongst yourselves if there is someone you trust to collect. I will not be involved in that.

I had to have work done resulting in dentures a few years ago - and I'm not even 40 yet. Autoimmune disease is my issue. I had really good insurance but it wasn't cheap still. AFTER insurance we maxed out the Care Credit credit card to take care of the rest, and still had a few hundred left over. I wouldn't wish the physical or financial mess of this kind of thing on anyone! Is it possible to sponsor just one episode instead of a whole season? I really want to contribute beyond the monthly membership, but I can't afford a few hundred.

That sounds awful. I know you said it won't get in the way of anything, but seriously, if you need a break at any point don't worry about taking one. We all understand. Your health obviously comes first. Hope everything goes well! It's absolutely disgusting how much this will cost you.

I'm so sorry to hear this. You must be heartbroken. I know personally how much this all costs. I had to have all my teeth removed due to a condition. Unfortunately i couldn't afford to have anything but dentures but I make do with them. I will do what I can to support you when I get the chance x

I am so sorry you are going through that. I think teeth pain is the absolute worst. I’d rather get shot then have to deal with a toothache. You should definitely look into filing a lawsuit against whoever did your first surgery. I really hope you start to feel better soon. Sending good vibes your way!
