Well, I get what you mean but I disagree, probably because I kinda love the scene in the end (at least the meaning behind it). Although we always need more Maze and Linda and that's a fact ! (Also, I don't believe you missed the signs about Linda being pregnant. I mean she just collapsed this episode but that was it and it could have indicated anything really.). I can't wait to see the rest of the season unfold for you and what you'll think of it regardless.

I think that this season definitely gets better towards the end. Imo netflix does better job of telling the bigger story than writing cases, but they couldn't just switch the direction, so they kept going on with the cases, but at the same time they were building this main story, which in my personal oppinion is one of the storgest of the show. Hope, you'll love it as well)

This season did feel different. I think this is when the show moved to Netflix because Fox cancelled it after season 3.

I agree with you that the vibes are different and forced. I definitely feel it's the writing. I guess now that Chloe knows that Lucifer is truly the devil everything is supposed to feel super serious. The scenes aren't giving what I think they're supposed to give tho. Also, the pregnancy hints were Linda passing out when she was with Maze and then the phone call from her doctor. Hopefully the episodes get more enjoyable for you. Excited for the rest of your reactions.
