This episode did bring the story together I really enjoyed it. Season 1 was mostly filmed in Bath in the UK which is only a 30min journey from me. I remember when the city centre was closed briefly for it.

when violet was speaking to francesca before her wedding she told her "when i first met your father, i could barely speak my own name. i was so taken by him, i stumbled over words...." that's why when she meets michaela the same thing happens, so yes it's a vibe that you caught there!

With Francesca (NO SPOILERS I PROMISE): when her and her mother were talking before her wedding, her mother said something like 'when I met your father, I could barely remember my own name, kept stumbling over my words'. Which is what happens when Francesca meets her husband's cousin, Mikaela, implying that maybe she felt that same connection with her.
