If it happens on mobile, the solution people online suggest is force closing Discord in "Recent Apps", Good luck and I hope that you will find solution for it.

We know you got the right place at least :) I've seen recommendations to turn off firewalls and VPN, and if that doesn't work, to restart your wifi (and mobile app if on your phone)
