Yes, that was Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy) as the car rental clerk. And, the replacement clerk would be our 2nd ANTM contestant of the season. Also, don't know if this was mentioned before, but the actor playing Abel Koontz appeared on Buffy season 3 as the demon Balthazar.
