If you are watching the show on a legal streaming site each episode has a little caption telling you about the episode. The caption for this episode says, “the BAU is called to Pittsburgh after an unusually high s rate appears to be the work of an angel of death.” It is your choice to read it or not but it is there. I understand some might see this as a spoiler but it is one sentence that at least gives you the option to know what is going on before decide to watch it.

Yeah, this is one where I kinda wish they had trigger warnings beforehand. I know that it is tricky because it could lead to a lot of spoilers, but sometimes it would be nice. Although there is a great website especially for shows like this with lots of triggering stuff happening all the time where you can look, so there is that, I guess. As long as one doesn't read the comments there and unfortunately it doesn't cover every season of every show ever made, so not that helpful now that I think about it 🙈
