i haven't watched this in ages but this was so fun! i did rememebr that they had some of the same interactions from the pilot between mer and cristina and derek, but the music really got me, they used a bunch of the same songs that they used in the pilot too 🤧 a sweet little tribute to that first season

This is a fun episode, definitely a filler one but I love how all this really varies on what Meredith’s influence and Richard’s influence means to everyone and how they were all different because of the influence Ellis had on both of them. I also really loved how it showed some connections were meant to be like Callie and Arizona, and especially Meredith’s connections with both Cristina and Derek.

But I wonder if that comment about "some guy Teddy" helping Owen is to imply he's meeting up w Teddy on the low (maybe cheating) & is lying to Callie bc clearly she doesn't know Teddy's a woman... I like how they made it where Christina and Meredith and Meredith and Derek had same conversations as they did before. Like, with Christina and Meredith when they were sitting there at the end drinking, Christina said "we don't have to be those people who one says something and the other cries do we, and Meredith says no" Well they said that before at the beginning of their relationship. Same with when Derek and Meredith, they met in a bar and had that same conversation. It was what was meant to be

Callie was so hot in this episode but Callie with Owen was so random. Also imagine if Ellis Grey did not have Alzheimer's and had become the chief, Meredith would have a hard time being a surgeon under her.

It so strange seeing this episode I rewatch this show so many times, but for some reason I don’t remember this episode. I’ve also been hearing a lot of people talk about their love since it’s close to Valentine’s Day and they’ve been saying things like in every lifetime they will find each other. It was interesting to see because no matter what in every lifetime and every universe, alternate or not the people who are truly in love, somehow always found each other even Callie and Arizona.
