I love when they show you the way Reid's mind is working. Watching the words and possibilities light up as he's finding them is so cool. I loved how he's finding diagonal words that are backwards. I couldn't believe it took them over a decade to find the Gilgo Beach Killer. A lot of my friends grew up in Massapequa... with a creepy serial killer. I'm a little freaked out I grew up 15 miles north of the guy. I can't imagine the relief and satisfaction the cops must've felt finally catching him.

This episode is where you can start to see Elle isn't cut out for the BAU long term.
