I believe the reason Kate Winslet’s part was so small is because she was pregnant at the time of filming. I’m pretty sure I read that somewhere. And yes, Travis, you are right. Four is sooooo so sexy! I need him to come teach me a thing or two. Oh get pyour minds out of the gutter, I need him to teach me how to fight.😂

Me too. As soon as I remembered that Theo James was in this movie, I was like Travis is a gonna be a smitten kitten ;)

Iyana Taylor

I knew u were gonna love him as soon as I saw u were watching this damn movie lol

Iyana Taylor

Yessss movie 2 plsssss

JIM SCHMITZ

I've always found this one entertaining, a good mix of action and heart. Being a frequent visitor to Chicago makes it more fun seeing how they trashed it.

I'll request 'Hunger Games 3' if someone can do #4.

JIM SCHMITZ

I'm guessing 'divergent".

JIM SCHMITZ

Even more so in 'The Time Traveler's Wife'.

My gut is telling me Candor but I’m not sureeee

TimeLord10

For me, I feel like I am sometimes everything but Candor. I care too much about what people think to be that level of honest.

So Travis, what faction do you think you are? We should poll to see what kind of people we have out here. It would be interesting. I myself am more of an amity, but I am learning to be more dauntless and erudite. This movie introduced me to Ellie Goulding. I had never heard of her before, but I loved the songs in this movie so much that I had to go look her up. So glad you enjoyed this movie. I love a good post-apocalyptic series.

Also Travis if you love Theo James, you should check out White Lotus if you haven’t already (on your own time, if you have any that is 😂) there’s some steeeeamy scenes of him in that show that’ll make you SWEAT

EmmWork

Oooo yass

Annie Willow

I at least got my three birds tattoo on my foot two years before the book was even published so Tris copied me. 🤪

I feel like I would be everything but Dauntless, lol. Anyways, the guy that you were smitten with is Theo James. I know him from a couple movies that I won't name in case anyone requests them in the future. So, I consider this an enjoyable movie, but not quite good enough to be, well, good. I tried the first book as well, and I just don't think this series (both movies and books) is for me. Still, definitely not a bad movie, though. I'm glad you liked it, though :)

Ahhh! This movie started sooo many trends. I mean, the amount of millennials who got that bird tattoo 🤭 and the amount of times I took the “what faction am I” quiz in middle school 😂 The soundtrack!!! Sooo so good. Hopefully someone will sponsor the rest. I actually never got around to watching the last one or two so I’d love to watch that with ya! This was a blast. Thank you !

I'm surprised how much love this series still gets after they decided not to finish it. I was obsessed with the books when they came out and I really liked the movies but after they never finished the series it really dipped down in quality for me. But I love this movie. It was really well done and the chemistry between the two main characters were so good. The writing with 4 in the end being in the Sim and she knew he was afraid to kill an innocent so she turned the gun on herself to wake him up was so well done. The choreography for the fight scenes were super impressive too. God damn four is so freaking hot. Hahaha
