Piece of advice- have tissues just in case. I think them telling Mackey about the liver before knowing for sure was just about the drama. He would have been put on PNO (no food, to prepare for surgery) so that might have given it away. But it’s a show 😉

Just wait till the writers throw the first major tragedy at us. I can't wait to see Travis' reaction to that. I have a feeling we will all be sobbing for whatever episode that comes along.

love that this episode shows izzie and cristina as opposites like the part of the job that one of them struggles with the most is the thing that comes naturally to the other and vice versa. lots of fun character building stuff in this first season :,)
