I know all to well the mental and physical toll it takes looking after a parent with dementia. I lost my mom in 2010 to it. The last few months were awful. One night my mom thought I had my one sister locked in a cage. I had to call my sister up in the middle of the night and have her come over to show her she wasn't and was ok. That night was the worst.

this was the episode that really sold me on the show. i remember the first time i watched it i was destroyed. bobby’s “help” moment always hits really hard. i love these characters so much.
