There might be available options for hairstyles ... but again, for logistical reasons (that I can't get into), the hairstyles are going to need to bias towards short hair that is shoulder length or shorter rather than reaching for longer hairstyles that are shoulder length or longer so long as the hair is essentially loose like we're seeing with Aiva here (and before her, Valeriya in Galactic Limit). The one exception to this that I can think of would be longer hair that is either worn "up" against the head (Chun-Li styled "odango" buns and the like) or braided hairstyles (single braid, twin braid, etc.). The one advantage to having a shorter hairstyle and/or a tighter to the scalp hairstyle like a ponytail or a braid is that you can see the elf ear point(s) more easily from a wider variety of camera angles. However, all of those options for hairstyles are up to Hold and depend on what 3D assets Hold has access to.

Due to certain ... logistical issues ... the elf girl(s) have to be chosen in advance in order to "match" them to their monster, such as Aiva and her Orc here. Tab A needs to fit into Slot B, for example, and not all girls are the same size, nor do they all have the same ... capacity ... so it's not like a popularity poll would necessarily yield optimal pairings of males for females. So for ... reasons ... there isn't going to be a poll to vote for the girls.
