Development Update #49

I trust that you've all played and enjoyed Chapter 25 and hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. :) Just so everyone knows, I'll be going on a much-needed holiday vacation from December 15 until January 5. Special renders are queued up to post in a few days, but beyond that, don't be surprised by my radio silence. Once I'm back, I'll continue working on the PoP polishing to prepare the game for an official Steam launch on February 14th (aka Valentine's Day).
After that, I'll be working on the five epilogues. As a reminder, each epilogue chapter will be a canon, self-contained mini-story within the PoP universe. I've already received some good ideas and have a few of my own that I'm thinking of, so here's the general idea of what I'm thinking. I am very open to input and suggestions at this stage, since the epilogue is designed to be fan service.
1) Curing the Remnants
2) Pregnancy stuff (ie. Emilia's weird food cravings, Maria needing new clothes, idk)
3) Legacy and Michael trying fun stuff with his "superpowers"
4) Trying new sex stuff out (to good and/or hilarious results)
5) Babies
If you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know so I can take your input into account and make any necessary adjustments. There's only going to be five epilogue chapters, so while I can't promise that everything will make it in, I'll try my best to hit as much of what you want as possible. :)

All I can say is, I love this adventure! The characters are so very real and alive..... please continue.

Hmmm. So I admit, seeing the ending of the main plot really satisfied me in the way of endings, so I don't know if I can contribute in the way of what I think should be in the epilogue. My main thought is something along the lines of showing a somewhat distant-ish future where we get to see the various kids in their actually kid years and seeing the end results of all the hard work of what their side of the continent might actually look like 5-10 years out. But I imagine that would require a lot of thought and planning and may not even be possible. Just a sort of life continues on, and while not perfect or without troubles, things are gonna be ok sort of vibe. More or less how Chapter 25 ended anyways. I think having a small vignette of how the early days of stuff would also be nice, but I don't know if I want a whole epilogue about it, ya know. Anyways, it's just my offhand thoughts really.
