I can't believe you've gone on record to say that we're "sub-human morons" because our eyes and loins can't handle the strain of two pretty boys. A game so immersive that people forget reality.” Ryan blinked. “So, like… The Sims, but in space?” “Exactly. But with consequences.” Musk leaned in. “I want permadeath. If you die in the game, your Neuralink makes you *feel* like you died.” Matt shifted uncomfortably. “Uh, that sounds… kinda illegal.” “Not on Mars.” Silence hung in the air. “So… what’s the budget?” Ryan finally asked, breaking the tension. Musk grinned. “Unlimited.” Matt and Ryan knew they had just sold their souls to the most chaotic game development project in history. And they were *so* down for it.
