I shoulder smashed a door somewhat on accident when I was like 16 lol. Me and my parents were at an event and I had to leave early to go to work and didn't have my key, they said they'd be right behind me and when I got home I called them and they said they were just leaving. I checked the door with my shoulder 2x because I was frustrated and panicked and just wanted in the house and on the second hit both locks blew through the door jam. It's fairly easy on most peoples doors, basic door locks are basically just an illusion of safety
