I've always assumed the sleeping thing is just because some people are wired to be up at night, it makes sense evolutionarily. Someone has to be awake to protect the tribe. I'm similar to you guys, I'm tired all day and no matter what time I go to bed I want to sleep in. I function much better waking up around 12-1pm and going to sleep around 4-5am. When it hits the evening, I start feeling more awake

I existed with yalls circadian rhythm problem for yeaaaaars. Then I realized I am just built to be a night person and stopped trying to change that. Got a night shift job. Life got better. Yall should take advantage of setting your own schedule and make the flip as a company. Streams at 4am!!!!!

its prob because you spend time in bed in the morning or during the day so when you get into bed at night ur brain is like YAYYYY SCROLL TIME or YAYYY AWAKE TIME rather than sleep time, i also have insomnia so idk what im talking about tbh
