Lol at you guys saying the PS2/GC/360 era of gaming will always be remembered as all-time classics and stuff like Switch won't be. Firstly, every generation feels that way about the games they grew up on. For me, nothing after PlayStation and N64 will ever be classic. Brits called it soccer originally and only started calling it just football in the 80s. American Football is called football because in the 1800s, a bunch of these sports were being made and people would make slight variations of them and then those would evolve into their own thing. So football (soccer) had a branch turn into rugby which was still often called football, which then turned into American football.
