I hope the super mega boys see this because I want to provide a different perspective on all of this coming from a place of love and understanding. First I just want to say everything that went down sucks of course. Bad decisions were made and quite a few people are now hurt because of it. What happened is not right and between leighton and lex and everything in between there is much to be learned and grow from. With that being said, Matt and Ryan are still good people and I know this and feel it in my soul. In reality people are not all good and not all bad. I hope to see growth from this situation. I’m in my 30s and I’d be lying if I said I’ve never made a mistake in my life. But what separates good and bad people is that good people learn from their mistakes, don’t repeat them, and actively try to make up for them by practicing and promoting good moral character. Lex and leighton are owed an apology along with the fans. Matt’s cheating is honestly none of our business. Ryan’s relationships are none of our business. Talking about their consensual adult relationships and what goes on is pure gossip no matter if it’s true or not. Matt and Ryan deserve to have a private life and it’s on them to deal with their actions whether good or bad. As for the inappropriate jokes, Matt and Ryan and this entire YouTube circle of edgy comedy is always pushing the limits of their jokes but obviously they don’t mean it. I truly believe Matt and Ryan are allies and are anti racist, the jokes just went too far around the wrong people. The use of the n word on sticky notes as a prank was just in poor taste but it still doesn’t make Ryan a racist. It’s just super immature shock value comedy. I hope Matt and Ryan’s mental health is holding up because some of the shit that is being said is extremely hurtful. There is a huge angry mob out there looking for blood but please stay strong. Matt and Ryan aren’t evil, they are just immature dumb fucks who need to be slapped with the reality of the harm that their actions have caused. Time to grow up, learn, and start being better. Love you guys ✌️
