I heard a theory that life trends toward Crab as it evolves. Like something along the lines of 6 non-craboid species have evolved into crabs or crab like creatures. (So I'm guessing that means something like a long time ago a worm, a lizard, a spider, a fish, and a platypus have all evolved into different crabs or crab like creatures, even though they didn't start from the same primordial creature that stuff like hermit, snow and fiddler crabs evolved from. LIke if there was another type of humanoid but it came from reptiles instead of apes)

Ryan, you can still eat that kind of food in moderation and lose weight or stay at the same weight. Literally just exercise more, and just be mindful of what you’re eating. I know you have a bad back, but you’re a wealthy guy who can 100% get a gym membership and use their pool. Swimming is the best kind of workout because it hits all parts of your body and is easy on the joints.

as a fat man myself I’d like to say no matter how much people tell you that you look fine, being fat is unhealthy and doesn’t fit modern beauty standards no amount of compliments can change that, I personally think people telling me that I look good and don’t need to be self-conscious is not good, it’s like saying “yeah man it’s fine if you die of heart issues at 57 man it’s cool you look good!”. If a fat person is saying that there feeling self conscious don’t tell them they look good tell them you know they can lose the weight if they try, motivate don’t slow your fat homie down more.
