i feel so bad for ryan 8'( i went thru the exact same thing when i was 17/18 (i had two ruptured discs in my spine) and i had to have surgery to actually recover. genuinely hope that's an option for him bc the pain was completely gone when i woke up afterwards, and it was pretty non-invasive (the only thing that hurt was the incision site and that healed up after a month or so)
