Matt's story about Verde Boy reminds me of when I was in elementary school and I wrote a short story about a guy who was a cop by day and a rapper by night, and I called him the "Rapping Cop." Except I misspelled "rapping," not realizing there was a second letter "p" and I made that the story title as well. I had to answer a lot of questions when my teacher happened to see the title at the top of the page and at the time I was so confused. The teacher told me to say the title out loud and when I did she corrected my spelling and told me the other way was a bad word but wouldn't explain what it meant or anything. Years later I looked back and was like "oh wow lmfao"
