I feel for you guys, I quit cigarettes 8 years ago and it was so hard at first. And to be honest I thought the want would never go away fully. For me I would always smoke after eating or smoking a bowl. Also it went well with coffee. To sum it all up, I tried quitting for my gf and it didn’t go well. It took me wanting to quit personally to go through with it. All you can really do is keep yourself busy as much as you can. If you have a friend doing it with you, that also helps. You’re going to give in a lot, but if you keep striving for it you’ll be good P.S. don’t beat yourself up when you fail. You’re only human, just tell yourself you’re doing the best you can
