It should be at a 45-degree angle to the side. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure if it's a normal mapping issue or a problem with in-game shadow rendering.

Aside from that, the rest of the design remains of a high standard. I'm especially glad you kept the inverted nipples; this design perfectly suits her personality.

I really like this module because it shows me what an author who truly listens to fan feedback should be like. However, I noticed that the area around the nipple seems to have an issue with the normals not being completely removed when your view is from the side, or something else. There's a very noticeable black line. This is even more obvious when you're close to a wall and turn to the side to observe.
