This is for Matt Dinniman: I love all of your books. Take all the time you need to be your best! I have made a Carl costume for Halloween and I’m making my neighbors be crawlers: one is either Lucia or Sister Ines, and her husband is going as a demonic, Van Helsing-esque cowboy inspired by Li-Na. I hope we run into him when we get deeper 😅🙏

Never mind receiving on time, receiving at all would be nice. My $345 order has disappeared like a fart in the wind. I have received nothing and had no communications about it. Chased early sept. and got reply: "it seems our fulfillment partners haven't actually sent your order out yet. We'll follow up with them this week" - I received no follow up information after this reply. Chased again a month later and got reply: "I'll go chase down that email in our customer support account and get back to you ASAP! In the meantime, I've just reached out to our fulfillment partners to see what in the world is going on with your order as it *does* appear that it should have shipped a while ago" - 2 weeks later they have NOT got back to me and I still know nothing about my order. Don't know who these fulfillment partners are but they seem really bad at their job.
