We have our own parking :) but yes, most apartments in SF have street side parking. We just got lucky! For street parking you need a residential parking permit, which runs about 120 bucks a year or something like that.

Do you have a spot in a multistorey parking lot or do you park on the side of the street? I have heard most apartments in SF do not include parking spaces, thus two rental obligations is that true?
