You had sent in your resume ages ago and had been waiting ever since. The space study was exactly the thing you wanted to do. Not only would you be able to train with a Galaxy Classified botanist you would be training on an alien planet. You’d be learning about the local flora. You’d be getting your hands dirty studying alien plants. It was the chance of a lifetime.
One you received the official envelope in the mail it was all anyone could do to get you to calm down. From then until the time you were on the ship it was a blur. Training and lectures, all of them were like foggy dreams as you looked out the great glass windows of the ship. You pressed your face and hands to the glass as you stared out into the void of space.
“Those windows don’t get cleaned until we land, you know?”
You jump and turn around and try to keep yourself from blushing. It was the professor of this trip. He was a native of the planet you were visiting. He was overseeing you and the other student’s prep while you made the journey.
He’s tall with long arms and legs. Extended from the elbow were two forearms, the hands were long and thin, three fingers to each palm. His skin is pale with streaks of peachy tones.
“Enjoying your first flight?” He asks you, approaching the window.
“I suppose,” you sigh, glancing up at him. He’s so tall and thin you feel like if he ever pissed you off too much you could snap him in two with your thighs.
“I enjoy the journey,” he continues. “But I prefer to be on the solid ground.”
“I get that,” you murmur, rubbing your arm.
“Space makes me nervous,” he touches a finger under his chin. He has a square, large jaw. A split goes down the center of his chin so his mouth can open in three sections. His head is round and smooth, the streaks of peach making patterns along his skull. His face, otherwise, reminded you of a bat, even his ears.
“I think it makes everyone nervous,” you say. “We aren’t used to things being so empty.”
He chuckles, “that’s one way of putting it.” He turns and glances down at you. “Does it make you nervous?”
You meet his gaze, a slight frown on your face. “I prefer space than the alternative.” You turn away from the windows and walk down the stairs.
To be honest, the professor makes you a little nervous. You’re not sure how to carry yourself around him. You’re technically a student but you also hold a doctorate in the field. Because he was Galaxy Certified, you felt like a child back in grade school again. You feel like you should consider each other equals. But for some reason, you can’t quite convince yourself this. You’re usually able to convince yourself of anything but this was so different.
Aside from the lectures and studies, you have to attend on the ship, most of your time is free. You’re able to roam the ship and shadow some of the existing experiments onboard. You’re more then willing to spend as much time away from your room as you can. The dorm you’ve been given to stay in during the flight is cramped. It makes your fear boil up inside you. Inside you feel anxious and trapped.
“I’ve noticed you’ve shadowed every station on board,” the professor says one day as you turn in an assignment. “If you’re so bored, I need some help.”
“Oh,” you’re too embarrassed to admit the real reason you’ve been doing the shadow program. “Well, if you need help, I don’t mind offering a hand.”
He smirks, “is that a joke,” he extends one branched arm.
You chuckle, “not intended but well aimed.”
“I wouldn’t mind having an assistant around here,” he says. “And once we land I could even offer you the position has a job.”
“Oh,” you’re actually surprised. “Yeah. That sounds like a great idea.”
He chuckles, “I keep myself very busy. Do you think you can keep up.”
You put on a determined smile. “I’d like to see you keep up with me,” you jam your thumb into your chest.
“I look forward to the opportunity,” he extends a hand and you take it, shaking.
In the morning he has you fetch breakfast for the both of you. You then eat between grading papers and sorting more. He keeps an up to date file on each of the students taking the study. The only file he doesn’t let you see is your own. Afterwards, he has his daily lecture. After that, you clean the class and fetch both of your lunch. This is one of the few times a day he takes a break. He eats leisurely as he reads, but usually, that takes less than ten minutes. After that, he goes to the biology lab and that’s where you’re kept on your toes until dinner. This was later than you usually ate and you were more tired than you expected.
“You did very well today,” the professor tells you. “I knew I chose wisely.”
You shrug. “Yeah well, I could’ve told you that.”
“Can you do it again tomorrow?” He asks.
“Of course,” you smile up at him as you walk to the cafeteria together. It’s nearly empty, the usual rush already fading out.
“This is why I come at this time,” he says. “It’s quiet and this is usually when they bring out fresh food for the late crew.”
“I had no idea,” you say, watching as the staff switched out the trays of food for fresh, new food. Some you hadn’t seen before on board.
“Stick with me, I’ll teach you more than just biology.”
“Why professor, that sounds like an innuendo,” you tease.
He laughs and hands you a tray. In the back of your mind, for a brief moment, you had hoped he was flirting. He wasn’t so bad. Your nerves in dealing with him had faded throughout the day.
As you continue to work with him, your crush grows. You feel silly, having a crush on your professor. It was your first year of college all over again. This time felt different though. He spent time with you. On days without lectures, he gave you some of his books to study. In the biology lab you got hands-on experience no one else would get. You were close to him daily. His deep voice was soothing and sexy. You even found yourself imagining what four alien hands could do to a human body. You shook those from your head, forcing yourself to stay professional.
One day you and the professor are returning from the lecture hall. You cut through the main hallways, going through a room that’s more broom closet than anything. He stores things there as well as keeps some of his photosensitive plants. You hate that room. It’s so small and cramped you feel suffocated. You work though, not letting him know your discomfort. You’re both placing samples in there to store when suddenly the alarm goes off.
“What’s happening?” You gasp.
The lights shut off and the door automatically close. He’s talking in a calm voice but you can’t hear him. Your heart is hammering in your ears and your stomach has fallen out. You duck to the floor and cover your head as you rock back and forth.
He says your name and touches your back. “Breathe deep, talk to me.” His voice is so soothing and calm.
“I hate it,” you sob. “I hate it here!” You begin to cry, sniffling. Your nose runs and your tears drip to the floor. “I can’t stand it! The walls…I can’t…”
He puts his arms around you, holding you tight. “I want you to look up,” he murmurs into your ear.
You tremble, putting your arms around him. His body is solid and warm. He’s not half as thin as you first thought. “I can’t,” you cry.
“Open your eyes,” he whispers, “look.”
You slowly open them and you gasp. The small room is lit up by the plants. Their glow fills with space with blue and pink. “Oh,” you stare in awe.
“These plants are endangered on my home planet,” he says.” I’ve been growing them in the lab myself, making a strain that can survive back home. Your research helped me save them. They’re glowing to protect you.”
You wipe your face, still sniffling. Outside the alarm is muffled by the shut doors.
“They glow to light paths. Our nights back home are much darker and longer than on earth. Our plants are vital to keeping us safe.” He touches your face, wiping your tears away. “I’ll keep you safe too.” He kisses your temple. “I promise.”
“Why professor,” you try to laugh but it comes out as a sniffle.
He smiles, tilting your chin up. “Breathe,” he murmurs again. “You’re safe.” He holds you to his chest, running his fingers through your hair. He sits with you in his lap, his back against the door.
You grip to his chest, listening to the pulse inside. You fall asleep against him.
When you woke you look around. You smell coffee and something sweet. You sit up in bed and look across the room. You see him sitting at a table dressed casually.
“You’re awake,” he stands up and goes to you. “I didn’t want to take you to another small room and leave you alone.” He says as he comes to your side. “I’m sorry if I-” you grab his collar and pull him down, kissing him heatedly.
“What you did,” you pant, “was the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen.” You kiss him again and this time he kisses back. You press against him, pulling him down into the bed with you.
He manages to break free and catch his breath. “Now, now,” he swallows and fans himself. “As much as I do care for you I think we should perhaps-”
You sit up and place yourself in his lap, you kiss his long neck and then lick inside his ear.
He moans loudly, then claps his hand over his mouth.
“I know your ears are sensitive,” you whisper to him. You nibble his ear and he convulses, grunting as he bites back his pleasured sounds. “I also know my own feelings. I had them before. I’ll continue to have them after.”
He puts his hands on your waist and hips. “How did you know about the ears?”
“In your books,” you kiss him again. “You gave me a very interesting anatomy book.”
The peach of his skin turns pink then red. “Oh.”
“I also know our species are very compatible,” you smirk. “So there’s no reason to stop now, professor.”
He kisses you, pushing you down onto the bed. He strips away your clothing and touches you with all four hands. “So soft,” he murmurs as he presses kisses down your form. You moan softly, parting your thighs for him. He rubs his fingers along your panties, feeling them grow damp.
“I’ve heard rumors that human women have teeth down here,” he says.
“What?” You snap. “What makes you think that?”
“Rumors, rumors,” he pulls aside your panties and opens you up. “I only see perfect pink,” his tongue swirls around your sex and you moan. “So no teeth?” He teases.
“Of course not!” You huff.
He kisses and sucks your folds, his tongue lapping over you. “You drool a lot though.”
You reach down and pinch his ear, he cries out and huffs. “Is this a fight or are we making love?” He growls up at you.
You smirk down at him. “Can’t it be both.”
He bites your thigh and returns to eating you. You moan, biting onto your knuckle as he finds his way. He has little idea where he’s going, but he’s having fun while he does it. He’s a quick learner, able to read your body and sounds. He presses his fingers inside, moving them fast as his tongue rolls over your clit. You’re soon rolling your hips, thrusting to meet his talented his fingers. Your insides convulse and you gush into his palm. Your thighs shake and he licks you clean.
He watches you as you breathe hard. He kisses you, placing himself on top of you. “I’ll take that as a win.”
“Mm,” you nod.
He tugs off his pants and you see the long, forked thing between his legs. The head has two tips while the shaft is swirled pale and deep red. He strokes it and rubs it against your entrance. He lays it on your stomach, measuring how deep it will go.
“You sure we are compatible?”
You nod, biting your lip as you look at it. “Magnificent specimen, professor. Let’s run a few tests.” You take it and guide it into place. The two heads stretch you wide open, making enough room for the shaft to slip inside.
“Fuck,” he growls. “Ah ha…mmm…” his hips shudder and he releases something inside you. It’s thick and sticky and you smell something vaguely fruity.
“Did you?” You pout.
He grabs your hips and pulls you take, shoving him himself completely inside all at once. “I’ve got stamina, don’t pout so.”
You swallow, your heart hammering as he begins to move. He thrusts hard and deep each time. The longer he lasts the more animalistic he becomes. He continues to gush inside of you. The sticky, sweet-smelling fluid squirts out every time he thrusts inside. Your eyes roll into the back of your head as your body writhes under his. Your sounds mingle with his howls and your cries. He bucks and thrusts you, rattling the bed as hard as he fucks you.
You forget when he stops, you recover just enough to realize he’s lying on top of you. Your thighs wrapped around his narrow waist. He’s breathing, and his body trembles with aftershocks. You feel like you’re melted. None of your limbs work quite the way they are supposed. You feel like your whole body has been reset.
“Mm,” he pushes himself up. His cock pulls from you with a pop and he flops onto the bed beside you. “Are you ok?” He whispers into your ear.
You nod, “I think so.” You grasp his hand. “I’m not sure what happened,” you smile. “But I really liked it.”
He kisses your neck. “I should have fed you before I ravaged you.”
“Mm,” you roll into his chest.
He strokes your back and kisses the top of your head. “I’ve never enjoyed a human before. I held back quite a bit.”
You push him back and stare up at him in disbelief. “That was what you call holding back?”
He scans your face to make sure you’re serious. “Yes…I thought I was rather gentle.”
“Gentle?” You scoff. “What do you consider rough?”
He laughs, “I didn’t want to hurt you.”
“You didn’t, but it was still a ride.” You wrap your arms around him and nuzzle to his chest.
