School Council Poll Results - Poppy comes out on top

Hello, all! In today's update, I will be discussing the results of the recent Council Poll and what they mean. First, here they are:
Well, it seems that even being told that the next chapter of the game is called "The Reign of Jess" isn't enough to slake your appetite for being dominated... or maybe it actually whetted it more? Poppy is the clear winner of this poll and so will get new content in this update. Now as the bulk of the work is going into Chapter 4, this will not be the second quest in her story, that will have to wait, but with the Bad Girl leader gearing up to launch her war on the Popular Girls, we will be checking in with her to see how that's going.
In second place came Stacey's hogtie events at home and so we'll be getting a further escalation in the next update. What will she do to our helpless heroine next? I've got ideas for days on this path, so I'm quite pleased at how popular it is.
Next up, the strip club received a decent amount of support, and so it will be possible to return there and shake what your mothers gave you for the ladies. Maybe even for actual money this time. Missy's training on the stripper path can begin and she'll soon be a world-class lapdancer.
Next down were the prefects, home events and the third Jess fight. I can't promise I'll get to these, with three others ahead of them, and in the case of the fight, I have to finish deciding whether there's going to be changes to the combat system, so I'm not keen to add any more fights until that's done.
However, that said, it's not entirely outside the realms of possibility, and the fourth prefect event is actually mostly written, and just needs rendering. The prefects need fully overhauling as their code is old and bug-prone anyway. I was still largely learning RPGM when I made their events all the way back in 0.1.
A couple of votes went to Lola's second scene - I'm a little surprised this didn't get more, given how popular the bondage princess is, but the theme at the moment seems to be getting bullied rather than consensual tie-up games, I guess!
