This is awesome! The easiest way to do it I think is via rpgmaker. There are lots from steam. I think kagura games makes a lot of those (a few decent). On top of my head is fallen makina, simple but nice with a few semi-animated scenes. A sexy game would probably be a gacha game but google/apple would probably limit the sexiness a bit (can use 3rd party apk for sexier version like 7 deady sins). Personally though, if you are going the gacha game route, I prefer a grid/turn based strategy game for battle system.
