Oh my! I mean't Courtney (TDI) having the portion of her butt cheek which has a hand on it be sunken down a bit due to how big and soft it looks while the hand presses down on it. Also, you could add tiny wrinkle grooves since tight skin reacts that way when pushed down on. I'm just talking about skin effects.
