Status Update - July

I've updated your artbatch folder for July with one updated a previous asset of Dani on her bed, the V&D comic, and a new unedited comic page of Tsumi continuing on from her lunch break at her desk. Send me a pm if your artbatch link isn't working or needs to be updated.
There is no game update this month, and unfortunately most likely next month either due to having to help a friend out as she'll be staying at mine for 2 weeks from mid August because of her current situation. I'm not sure how she'd take it as I live in a very small place and having to do work on my pc when there's no privacy if I do. But I think I should be fine working on Nico's Eden maps as it isn't gts related until cutscenes etc.
Today I'll explain a bit more what's happening here and with some screenshots.
The first is of a map that is a little outdated but has that general layout for that part of New Eden where Nico lives. The Map of New Eden on F80 also will be updated before release as I am trying to make the end choice (yes you will have a choice) of Dani's Story Arc have more effect such as when you go back as Nico to see how tinies react etc if they're even there any more. That specific map will require you to go back and forth as you'll need to do things such as installing an AI called B.R.O. to take over the control points so your colleagues can move about with ease and less strikes are issued for mundane reasons. I've been making the city feel alive like the others with working trains/train quick travel etc. I add NPC's last on maps hence why you can't see any due to the way I make them spawn in and needing to make multiple convos for them depending on the final choice on completion. Most maps are also underground and compact to control the population into thinking beyond the walls is an irradiated waste land.
I've bought a few new tilesets (map pieces you can use in rpg maker) such as a luxurious hotel internals, factories, helicopters which I'm repurposing and respriting to fit the enforcement policy of New Eden etc. The soldier outfits have been taking me awhile as I had to buy a pack just for that and will be editing the helmets onto faces etc for Nico and the others.
An interesting tidbit for those that like lore, you will actually be working with the TRF for this one! Since they were the ones that er *insert word Patreon doesn't like for some confusing reason that got me in trouble last time* met Nico originally, it was decided by Dani (with a little encouragement with her foot) that they were the best ones to smuggle Nico back in with a camera so he can capture moments and show the world the truth about his life and what it's like. The TRF squad with him will have more story as they're assigned to protect Nico and also agreed to work for the mutual benefit of their aim of showing their plight in the world. Part of the story I hope to make work with a bit of an action shooter minigame as they go to help rescue Nico after he meets with the tiny leaders of New Eden. You might even see Dani enraged when she hears what happened and try to rescue him. But more on that on release as I don't want to spoil it all.
