I am seeing three consecutive pledges from you so my only guess would be that Patreon has a holiday rush and hasn't been able to keep up, as you're the third person who contacted me with a similar issue in this pledge time frame. If you don't get any updates soon though I would contact Patreon support here: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=12863836871949 everything seems good on my end it just has yet to ship as far as I can tell ๐
